Prior to Apex, I worked in this industry for seven years and saw a lot of ways I thought things could be done better from a dealer standpoint. I already had a business education as well as firsthand experience owning and operating a small seasonal business. When the circumstances gave me the opportunity to open my own shop, it was an easy decision.

Over the years, we’ve learned some things that work and a lot of things that didn’t. Our vision is to use that knowledge to keep improving and to build the kind of dealership we believe customers should be able to count on. We want to be known as the premier, trusted outdoor power equipment sales and service center. To us, that means more than simply carrying quality equipment. We want customers to recognize that standard when they walk through the door, from the large indoor showroom to a staff that is knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. We want people to feel comfortable asking questions, talking with us, and even having a few laughs while they’re here. We want them to leave feeling confident that they came to the right place for both the equipment they’re buying and the service behind it.

We serve commercial landscapers, homeowners, and municipalities, and we understand that many of our commercial customers rely on their equipment to make a living. Good service means diagnosing the problem correctly the first time, explaining it clearly so the customer can make an informed decision, and getting them back up and running in a reasonable amount of time.

Building this business has truly been a family effort and would not have been possible without their strong support. We’re proud to have the opportunity to grow a business right where we grew up and to be a true local, family-owned small business.
